Our story
Our company was founded by the brothers Hüseyin Ulutaş and Mahmut Ulutaş. The family partnership began its first operations in 1980 on a workshop scale under the name Ulutaş Kardeşler Halı İmalatı. Over the following years they continued to grow by establishing various companies.
In 2000 they brought in their first computer-aided rug loom, advancing rug production technology at the Organised Industrial Zone and starting production aimed at higher rug quality. The rugs produced continued to be exported through Post Halı İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti., established in 2006 as the marketing company.
Our production facility
Our rugs are produced at the 4th Organised Industrial Zone, 83415 Street No: 5, Şehitkamil / Gaziantep, within Mutaş Halı Anonim Şirketi. Our marketing company, Post Halı İthalat İhracat Limited Şirketi, operates at the same address.
Whereas 100% of our annual production capacity of approximately 3,000,000 m² was previously exported, since the establishment of our company 90% is exported to 80 countries around the world, while the remaining 10% is used in Türkiye.
Growing in Türkiye
In 2013 we opened a branch at İkitelli Mah. Masko Furniture City, Block 4-A, No: 40, İkitelli / Başakşehir / Istanbul. Our exports to 80 countries continue.

Our goal is to increase the number of countries to which our products are exported and to carry our quality approach to every corner of the world.
